What the site collects through its two forms, what it is used for, who sees it and for how long, and how to see, correct or delete it.
Effective
Who we are
This website belongs to Luxaura Wellness, a med spa and wellness studio at 840 South Robertson Boulevard, Los Angeles. Your Wish Is Our Code, the agency that built it, runs it for the studio: it hosts the site and keeps the records of the forms on its own accounts. In this notice, "we" means the two of them.
What the forms collect
The site has two short forms: the founding-member list, while the studio is opening, and a question about a treatment, once it is open. Each takes four things and nothing else:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The treatment you are interested in, if you choose one
With them we keep which form you used, when you sent it and the page you sent it from.
The forms have no free-text box, and the site never asks about your health or medical history: the treatment field names only the treatment you are curious about. Please do not send medical information through the site. Your provider asks what they need to know at your consultation.
What we use it for
Only to do what you asked. If you joined the founding-member list: to tell you when the studio opens, send you its opening-week news and invite you to book first. If you sent a question: to reply to it. We send nothing else, no newsletter and no marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
Who sees it
The studio's team at Luxaura Wellness, and Your Wish Is Our Code, which runs the site for the studio. No one else, apart from the services below, which carry or hold it for us.
The services that carry it
- Cloudflare hosts the site. The forms' records sit in a Cloudflare D1 database on the account of Your Wish Is Our Code, which keeps them for the studio. Like any host, Cloudflare also handles each visitor's IP address and browser details, to deliver the pages and to protect the forms from abuse.
- Resend carries the email alerts that tell us a form has arrived, with what the form held. It keeps its own delivery records for a limited time, under its own policy.
- Google Workspace holds the mailbox of Your Wish Is Our Code, where those alerts arrive and are kept.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to the site's pages. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser and does not follow you to other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep a founding-member list entry until the studio has opened and sent its invitations, and a question until we have replied to it; in either case for no more than 12 months after that, and for less if you ask us to delete it. The alert emails about it are kept no longer.
See, correct or delete it
Write to hello@yourwishisourcode.com from the address you used, or tell us the phone number you gave, and within 30 days we will show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Deleting it removes the record and the alert emails we hold about it. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we do.
Children
The forms are meant for adults. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
